Congratulations to three of my former Gentle Birth Childbirth Education families! Beautiful births were had by all. I am so proud of all of you. Your hard work and positive attitudes made it all possible! Blessing to your beautiful babies!

Today I have been trying to figure out how to establish a Facebook page for my website! What a headache! I apologize to anyone who may have received multiple friend requests while I figure all of this technology out:)

Monday is the last childbirth education class of this session. The next session begins January 17th at South Coast Midwifery in Irvine. OK - Back to figuring out facebook! HUGS

A gentle birth student sent me her lovely birth video. It was very inspiring for me. She used an inspiration board for her meditations. I immediately made my own for 2011, and am going to incorporate it into my Gentle Birth classes. Congratulations to them on their beautiful baby! Hugs and Happy New Year:)
